Lately, I've found that I communicate much better with people in call centers
overseas. For one thing, those people were actually educated to speak English,
as opposed to most of those working call centers in the US. In our last
interaction with a domestic call center, the person we were communicating with
couldn't do basic math, got my wife's name wrong, and sent our order to the
wrong address. It took about a half-hour to straighten up the mess.

No, I don't worry about this issue at all. Clearly, there aren't enough
skilled people here to do the job.
